Superhero Girl

Originally I had this picture a few posts back under Gracie's "Fashion Girl" entry. Then it was brought to my attention that it was Lily who drew this one. I guess Gracie's not the only fashion designer in the house :)
Elijah just turned five. Turtles are his favorite animal. This drawing was Gracie's birthday gift to him.
Half the time when Gracie draws, she simply creates people milling about in various outfits. Here are some examples I found scattered around the house...

Some guys riding on a turtle, a dog, and an opossum.
(Beyond its sheer awesomeness, a couple of other things I like about this: 1. the "footprints" the animals are leaving beneath their feet, and 2. the fact that Elijah knew to draw the riders' far legs behind the animals' backs.)
